Meet the team behind the finish
Led by Julio Lua.
Focused on your home.
Julio brings hands-on experience in cabinet finishing and wood restoration to the work our team does. We help homeowners make the most of suitable existing cabinets, whether that means a different color, a renewed wood finish, or new doors and drawer fronts.
We begin by looking at the cabinet material, existing finish, condition, and layout. From there, we discuss what can be refreshed, what needs attention, and which service fits your goals.
We value straightforward conversations, careful workmanship, and a final review that helps you understand how to use and care for your updated cabinets.
What we do
The right update for your cabinetry
Our kitchen and bathroom services offer different ways to refresh existing cabinets. We help you understand which option suits their condition and the change you want.
Cabinet Refinishing
Renew a worn wood finish while keeping the character of your existing cabinets and visible grain where appropriate.
Cabinet Refacing
Update doors and drawer fronts while retaining cabinet boxes that are structurally sound, with a coordinated finish on visible frames.
Hardware Installation
Complete the update with carefully positioned knobs, pulls, and compatible hinges, with placement and operation checks.
Our approach
Good results start before the first coat
We plan the work around the material, condition, and finish selected for your cabinets.
Assess & explain
We inspect the cabinetry, listen to your goals, and outline the recommended service and agreed work before starting.
Protect & prepare
We protect nearby surfaces and plan cleaning, repairs, sanding, and priming as needed for the cabinet material and coating.
Review & care
We inspect the finish and reinstalled parts, then explain handling, curing, and routine care for the completed work.
